In Nissan Ambition 2030, announced in November 2021, Nissan will introduce 23 electrified vehicles, including 15 EVs, by fiscal 2030, and more than 50% of both Nissan and Infiniti brand lineups will be electrified. My goal was to make it a car.
This time, we have increased the number of new electrified vehicle models to be launched by 2030 to 27 models, including 19 EV models. As a result, the global model mix of electrified vehicles combining the Nissan and Infiniti brands is expected to increase from the previous forecast of 50% to more than 55% by FY2030.
Along with this, the sales ratio of electrified vehicles in major markets in fiscal 2026 has also been updated. In addition, we announced that we plan to launch a dedicated EV in 2024 for the Chinese market, which is required to respond to rapid changes.
