Partial specification changes for Jimny and Jimny Sierra
Suzuki announced on June 20, 2022 that it will partially change the specifications of its SUVs “Jimny” and “Jimny Sierra” and release them on July 20.
Due to this partial specification change, the fuel efficiency of 5MT vehicles has improved.

Equipped with idling stop on 5MT vehicles
With this partial specification change, an idling stop system has been added to the 5MT (5-speed manual mission) vehicle when the vehicle is stopped. In addition, the layout of some instrument panel switches has changed accordingly.
All 4AT vehicles are equipped with an idling stop system due to a partial specification change on October 20, 2021, which makes all vehicles compatible with idling stop. In addition, the idling stop operates only when driving with 2WD.
